Hot Wheelz was recommended to me by someone. I went there to have new tires put on my Subaru and the service from the staff was outstanding. After I ordered the tires from them, I was the first one there on the day of getting them put on since they do First Come First Serve. Once the store was scheduled to open, right off the bat, an employee opened the door, waited till I started walking in, and politely asked for my key. They took my car right in and was finished in no more than an hour. It was quick and professional. If you need to have new tires put on your vehicle, look no further than Hot Wheelz. Not only you're helping out a small business, you'll get better and faster service. At least I think you will. And yes, I think they are competitive with their pricing. Don't get the impression that they only deal with rims because they don't. It's tires also!

Took my 84 c10 in for new wheels and when I went to pick it up the 21 year old had my truck in the back doing a video shoot for his social media account. When I went to leave the truck started stalling on take off. The 21 year old messed with my carburetor thinking it was a 5.7 liter and not the 6.6 that it was. I agreed and authorized certain work to be performed on my vehicle. Completely unacceptable for a tire technician to be modifying or even video shooting my truck without authorization for his own gain. I will not ever patron Hot Wheels or US Mag wheels who recommended them ever again. If you read this and decide to any way , thats on you! I meet the guy who installed my wheels when I wanted to see them before they were installed and he was a kid. Walked back and witnessed him video my truck and had to correct my carburetor by 1 1/4 turn . Your lying and have permanently lost my business. Ill be calling corporate tomorrow since you want to deny your incompetence. Was recommended by a friend to come here for a wheel alignment. Waited 2.5 hours for the alignment and my steering wheel is still crooked. Didn’t get an alignment sheet either. Brought it right back for it to be “taken care of” and they pulled right back in. Hoping it would be done correctly this time but it wasn’t. Instead of accountability, I was told maybe there’s something wrong with my car.. I wish these companies would stop blaming customers for their issues.

After waiting a year and a half for my $3,000 wheels from japan, I brought them to Hotwheelz with two simple requests. Do not damage the wheels or the center bores, since these wheels do not use center caps. Align the factory tire dots with the valve stems during mounting. I was told it won't be a problem. These wheels were brand new, straight out of the box and wrappers. Unfortunately, 3 out of 4 center bores were chipped during balancing by using steel cones on the new surface of the center bore, the alignment marks were not matched on 2 out of 4 tires, and the adhesive weights began falling off onto my floor before I even had the chance to install the wheels. When I returned to have the alignment and weights corrected, the staff fixed those issues without hesitation. There's also a plethora of old wheel weights on the ground I collected a good size pile while i waited for the correction to be made. Lots more still to be collected behind the lift. However, the damage done to the wheels was not addressed. I paid cash and was not given a receipt. Great service but mediocre workmanship. I expected more from a shop specializing in wheels, I expected then to have the correct setup
